For logistical reasons, the sender indicated on the label may correspond to the warehouse responsible for shipping , and not directly to MerchVillain.
This allows for faster delivery and facilitates order recovery in case of loss.
Shipping is always managed by the MerchVillain team and monitored by us until delivery.

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags intact, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Simply send an email to info@merchvillain.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.

After reviewing your request, we will provide shipping instructions and the destination address .

⚠️ Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted.

Shipping and return costs are generally the responsibility of the customer .

However, if the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the item ordered , MerchVillain will assume all costs associated with the return or replacement .

The refund, when applicable, will only be for the value of the returned products , excluding shipping costs in cases where there is no defect or shipping error.

Minor variations in design, color, or packaging are not considered defects , provided they comply with the guidelines of the license holder.

According to Funko 's official guidelines, minor box defects, paint variations, or slight creases in the packaging are not considered defects.

The image is the main element of the product , and complaints based solely on the condition of the packaging will not be accepted .

If you want a different product, you must return the original item and, after the return is accepted, place a new order .

MerchVillain does not store bank or credit card details .

Yes. At checkout you can enter your tax identification number (NIF) and billing information.

The invoice will be automatically generated based on the information provided, even if you do not include your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and sent via email.
